Raw Vegan Cherry Chocolate Ice Cream



Cherries and chocolate - the dynamic duo of deliciousness!

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas, chopped
1 cup frozen cherries
2 tablespoons raw almond butter
1 tablespoon
yacon syrup (or maple syrup)
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
pinch of Celtic sea salt
½ cup fresh cherries
(optional) garnish with shredded coconut

Note: Whenever possible choose organic, local ingredients.

Directions

1. Process all ingredients except cacao nibs and fresh cherries in the food processor until combined into a smooth consistency, similar to soft serve ice cream.  

2. Add cacao nibs and fresh cherries and pulse to incorporate.  

3. Enjoy right away or place in freezer to firm up.
