In the event that you wish to change or cancel an order, you must notify us as soon as possible by phoning our customer service department:Call toll free: 1-888-274-0422However, since our shipping department often packs and ships orders within minutes of receiving them, it may be too late to implement the requested changes.
If this should occur, the customer must ship the item(s) back to us in order to receive a refund (see return policy below).
Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, The Healing Canopy will gladly provide a 100% refund on all unopened items within 60 days of purchase. Opened items that are returned within 60 days of purchase, will receive an in-store credit only. Return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.However, in the rare event that your order is deemed defective or is incorrect because of an error on our part, we will gladly refund your return shipping costs.
The Lose Weight and Feel Great for Life Revolution return policy is 90 days from date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your program, you can receive a complete refund minus the lab testing fees (if applicable to your program level).
In order to process a return, the customer must first notify us by phone or email and receive a return authorization number from our customer service department.

Sales Tax
Orders placed and shipped within Canada are subject to Federal tax - 5% (GST). Orders placed within and shipped to the United States are exempt from Canadian Federal tax.The Healing Canopy is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that may apply to items shipped outside of Canada.
Shipping
*The Healing Canopy offers free shipping for our Canadian customers on orders over $99 before tax. Canadian orders under $99 are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95.All orders shipped within Canada should arrive within 2-5 business days. Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post.
American orders are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of $14.95.
All orders shipped to the 48 continental U.S. States should arrive within 7-10 business days. American orders are delivered via United States Postal Service.
At this time, The Healing Canopy only ships to addresses within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. The Healing Canopy is not responsible for any duties or brokerage fees on orders shipped outside of Canada.
